Historic trial puts opioid epidemic front and center

Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter on Tuesday will kickoff a historic trial that will be the first major test in the nation as to whether a state can make a pharmaceutical company pay for the epidemic. The trial also is expected to lay a road map for other states in holding drugmakers accountable.
